Fire Side Room

Thank You for choosing Fire Creek as your destination spot for your special event. Our Banquet room can comfortably seat up to 42 people. Our Fire Side room is a private room located just off of our lounge, featuring a private bar, and a team of professional staff to help personalize your event. We have a variety of options to choose from when it comes to our menu packages, pricing and accommodations. When booking your event at Fire Creek, we will visit with you one on one to create an event to remember for you and all of your guests. We want your special event to be exceptional and we will be happy to plan with you to make your banquet hassle free and memorable.

Reservations and Deposits

After you have chosen your date, number of guests and package selection, please contact us at 515-224-0500. Our banquet coordinator will check availability and answer any questions you may have.

When reserving our Banquet room, a $150.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed and booked when your deposit is received. If the need to cancel your reservation arises, your deposit will be refunded assuming the cancellation was made 5 days in advance. Cancellations made two (2) days or less to the event are subject to cancellation fees, special order and restocking fees. Host will also be responsible for half of the food/dessert purchase price.

Your deposit will be held until the day of your reservation, and it will be returned to you at the end of the event.

Payment Requirements

A final guest count will be required 48 hours in advance. Unless otherwise arranged, billing is based on confirmed count, or actual count, which ever is greater.

Group pricing and rates are based on one check.

One guest check will be presented to the host at the end of your event, including beverage, food, tax and a 20% gratuity. Your guest check will reflect the final guest count given prior to the event. Guest count is expected to be correct and will be applied accordingly to your final check. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover. No personal checks, please. Payment is due immediately following your event, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will be charged for any damage and/or extra clean up if required.

Room Charges:
   • Minimum fee will be required for Banquet Room
   • Room Charges are not negotiable

Dinner
   • Parties of 10 or less will have a $200.00 room charge
   • Parties of 15 or less will have a $150.00 room charge
   • Parties of 20 or less will have a $100.00 room charge
   • Parties of 21 or more will not have a room charge.

Lunch
   • Room charges are not applicable during lunch
All luncheons must be finished by 3 pm.

How Our Packages Work
When booking your event, you will be given a print out of our banquet packages and prices. Our packages are pre-selected entrees in different price ranges. We are sure that which ever package you choose, there will be something for everyone! Five (5) days prior to your event, you will be asked to call with a final guest count and a count of each entrée. Once your guest count is confirmed, you will be responsible for payment on the confirmed amount. This is to ensure accuracy, quality and quantity on our behalf. Please relay to your guests that once they have chosen, they cannot change their entrée. They will be relaying their order to our servers before the dinner is served. All packages include soft drinks, coffee, tea, dinner salads, table bread, and an entree selection.

Children
Children 12 or under may order off of a children’s menu. Children 13 and up will be considered an adult meal, and will be asked to order from the package the host has selected.

Cake Service
Fire Creek offers a wide variety of desserts. If you would like to bring in your own bakery bought dessert, we would be happy to cut plate and serve your dessert for $2.00 per person. Please be advised that homemade items cannot be brought into Fire Creek.

Disclosures
Fire Creek reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Our prices and menus are subject to change with out notice. Room Fees and /or sales minimums subject to availability and Fire Creek’s discretion. Fire Creek’s Fire Side Room sales minimums and prices are not negotiable.
