Lunch Offerings
  Fire Creek is pleased to offer you a variety of approaches to accommodating your lunch banquet needs. We will allow groups of 25 or less to enjoy our banquet facilities with the option of ordering from the entire lunch menu. We have also designed a limited lunch menu to cater to the taste of groups larger then 25 people. For a more efficient, elegant and sophisticated approach to your Fire Creek banquet experience may we recommend a lunch buffet package offered for the enjoyment of groups larger then 25.

All selections are served with fire sticks (our signature seasoned fries), cottage cheese, or pasta salad. Please choose 4 of the following.

Prime rib sandwich
  Slow roasted prime served open face with au jus.


Fried fish sandwich

  Crispy fish filet server with tartar sauce.


BBQ Pork Sandwich

  Tender, succulent and picked from the bone- a Fire Creek favorite!


Basic Burger

  Grilled to temp 8 oz patty with choice of cheese.


Balsamic Glazed Portobella Mushroom

  With spinach, roasted red peppers, onions and feta cheese.


Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  Served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on grilled focaccia bread.


Parmesan Turkey Ranch Roll Up

  Roast turkey, tomato, romaine lettuce, parmesan and ranch dressing.


Fire Creek Club Wrap

  Turkey, bacon, onion and romaine with creamy mustard-mayo sauce.
